Housebound and Care Homes patients
A local pharmacy have been commissioned to administer flu vaccinations on our behalf. Their team will be in contact in due course to arrange an appropriate time to visit those patients who are unable to attend the surgery.
Saville Medical Group will NOT be carrying out COVID Booster Vaccinations
We now have a new navigation system in place within the practice called Sentiers. This is to help signpost and navigate patients to the correct service that we can offer. Additional information upon request for appointments may be asked to gain a better understanding of the type of service you require, our care navigators are here to provide a safe and effective service for our patients. Please be kind to our staff while they ask these questions, they are here to help.
Register with Saville Medical Group today
You can now register with us online by clicking here for the quick and easy form.
You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number. If you are unable to complete the online form, you can download a copy. This can be emailed or returned to the practice in person. For further information click here
Out-of-area registration
Please use the this address checker to see if your address is inside our practice boundary.
You will not be able to register with Saville Medical Group if you live outside of our Practice boundary and patients who move out of our Practice boundary will have to register at a new GP surgery.
The reason for this is that Saville Medical Group has taken the decision not to sign up to the Out Of Area Registration Scheme which is a voluntary scheme for GP Practices and therefore cannot retain or accept new out of area registrations.
